This is the beetroot i grow and eat, because i have taste, and care about food.

That looks lovely. Would be gorgeous with a dollop of salad cream!

Curry isn't from Europe (well except perhaps the CurryWurst)...India is still in the Commonwealth, as are Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka,
