There were docks at the hospital which was good, but none near the station, it was a 15/20 min walk to there to the nearest dock. And there didn't seem to be any in the town centre either. So it looked more like a scheme to allow people to move between university locations and hospitals, rather than geared to getting casual use of the bike. If you lived locally I think you would be more likely to have a bike if you worked at the uni or hospital and therefore unlikely to hire a bike that often.
It also didn't display the number of bike correctly that were at a station, and the phone operator was telling me that the bikes that were there were showing as being at other locations according to his computer system.
