Morning all. Last night wasn't paticularly nice, had to batten down the hatches. Even the mutt said stuff it when shown the door before bed time. Currently getting ready for local parkrun, easy one today as need to get back sharpish for pig based breakfast with the family at local lakeside cafe. I can almost smell it now. At least its stopped raining for a bit, sadly everywhere will be wet. Enjoy your day.

Woke again to the sound of rain on the Velux. Currently not raining but as above it’s dark and gloomy. So it will walk Bertie then spend half hour trying to dry a manic puppy. Hopefully I will get ride at some point.

Survived last night's work Christmas party, decent amount of free grog and some good chat but had the good sense to bail out before the karaoke started. So feeling alright today. Have checked the OH and kids cars over for the usual tyres, screenwash, oil etc as they never bother with that stuff. But plenty more to do. May do a spot of sim racing and watch the F1/footy later depending on how the time goes.

Dosed up with anti sniffle meds today so its a day of rest for me , just had a couple come to view the house who were very quiet and didnt ask many questions so i cant see them being interested .
