Reckon I'll avoid the pineapple: the natives don't like it up 'em...

Looks clear ish her but the trees are kind of sheltering our lodge. Off shortly with both sons to do Delamere parkrun, should be fun. Day In some old roman city later. No pineapples will be harmed during today's shenanigans. Have a nice day.

Weather isn’t pleasant at the moment - thankfully it’s only a 20k run! Followed by a branch party 😂

Wet morning so probably help MrsHD with stuff, maybe walk doggy later and a tide on sunny Sunday.
May make up some fishing rigs for next weekend if time allows.

Ye landlubbers the decks are wash here.
So it might be more coffee and hope it brightens up a bit. At some point it will walk Bertie and climb.

Morning fellow Jack Sparrows,

Bit of a lie in, off to get supplies then deal with a (very) slow puncture on the car, hopefully just needs a repair and not a replacement. Later is undecided but may be hound related.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I was late to bed after getting mini ck 1 to do the last dialysis of the day so by the time i sat down i needed to unwind so i was not up early enough or had the inclination to go out riding so i have been working on the carpet again as although it came up cleaner a musty smell has arisen . I think i loosened off the top pile and gave it another going over a few days ago then we have the dehumidifier on it which is drawing out a lot of moisture that the vaxx didnt pull up so its improving .
I also have the clothes horse next to the dehumidifier to dry towels as mini ck 1 has ocd linked to the autism where she cant use a towel more than once and will wash clothes after wearing them once even if they are not dirty .

arrr, shiver me timbers, these festive plunderin' seasons be sailin' into port faster with every passin' year!,I'll be steerin' a two-wheeled land-galley straight into the gale, then bellowin' 'O'zapft is!' as I breach a cask o' fine Bavarian grog! and may any scurvy dog who dares swipe me brew or even lays a lazy eye too near me land-galley, be cursed to walk the plank into a sea o' hungry sharks!"

On a very vaguely related topic to the thread title, I've been walking the Poole parkrun for the last few Saturdays. One of today's parkrunners must have been celebrating some milestone as he was jogging slowly around the course accompanied by family and friends, one of whom had some sort of sound system attached to their person. It seems as though they had a very limited playlist as I was subjected to " Agadoo " three times during the 5km. On the positive side it did encourage me to knock almost a minute off last weeks time...
