Now back home after what seems like the longest day ever. it will need to something very special to get me back to an airport and on a plane again. Why is flying such a ball ache, the process hasn’t improved in 40 years.

Yes it probably has. Just read something from a mate who took 3 and half hours to get through customs in Lisbon airport.
