Right on cue its been indescribably painful the last two days. I'm not looking forward to it, but really will be pleased to get back on track.
Decided, once its fixed I'm going to get ripped again. 34 waist, 56 chest, and 20 for the guns is my target. Mrs D preparing to stock up on chicken, soya, cottage cheese, lentils, lean red meat and vegetables (yuck!) in preparation for the 5 meal a day routine.
