They could just use the Norwegian 'Å' or 'å'.

'The Håbbit: spelt differently, but almost keeps its sound, as The Horbit, and adds a touch of Nordic to it, similar to the language Tolkien 'invented'.

Someone should definitely rune that idea past them
 
The Hobbit is definatly asking for trouble if they are using copyright imiages from the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Hope they don't force the pub in Hythe to change it's name, although that pub has its own identity which has nothing to do with the any of the films.
