Off on my holidays later today so I've been down to the shed and tucked my bike up under a nice warm blanket and said goodbye to her .

My wife says I'm going crazy

Nope... i've sacrificed going on holiday because i can't bear to leave her/him it.

My wife thinks her dad comes over to feed the cat and fish when we are on holiday, but he and i know he comes over to check the bike

Do what I'm doing and take your bike on holiday with you. It saves the heartbreak.

Not crazy....I took my MTB on holiday last year and left Mr SL and SL junior to beach comb, while I went into the woods

as light as my bike is, i still cant see me getting away with sneaking it in to the suitcase

My wife would get jealous if I kept my bike in the bedroom. I keep mine in the living room.
