Yes is that one, and dont limit yourself, there is very little kayaking and this is done in pairs. If you are strong cyclists you got a year to brush off some running skills and you are half way there!

Years ago, I tried running as a means to improve my general fitness. The experience spurred me on to buy a bike!

I m sure if you joined a small and friendly club might change your mind, this is how I started
