Scott contessa 2014 versus specialised dolce elite 2014 women's roadbike

I need advice on buying my new roadbike. I'm new to all this but have already tried giant, cannon dale and specialised. So far specialised is winning hands down as far as comfort is concerned. I am wondering if the scott contessa is a better bike than the dolce specialised and have to try it tomorrow. I'm into doing long distance sporting rides 100 -200 miles and want a good bike to keep up with speed but comfort too. My budget is £1000
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
