Scott speedster 20 rear brake cable question?

Hi everyone, I start building Scott speedster 20. And came to the problem with rear brake cable. Cable is internal routing. And question is are cable housing going all way down from shifter to caliper? Or plastic cable guides worn-out on top tube, because housing end caps slide through then pressing a brake.
