I would give the dealer a call an ask the question.
From the picture it doesn't look to have fixing points for either.

If the frame is alu, you could use p clips to fix a rack. Might take raceblade mudguards as long as there’s clearance (rather than the awful and aptly named cruds)

If you need those, I’d be looking an an audax or tourer type bike or gravel/adventure. Or something like a Genesis equilibrium if wanting more road ;)
