My wife has an electric bike, however advancing years and poor balance has left her nervous of riding on two wheels, I have seen electric folding trikes for around £1800 and up. Today I saw adverts for a model called Scout for around £900.
No doubt the more expensive machine will be better quality, but as it will be only used during good weather are they any good?. Or is the low purchase price a false economy?
