Seat Post Clamp

I have a Giant TCR 3 road bike and I need to buy a seat post clamp. The size on the present clamp is shown as 31 mm but I cannot find this size on the internet, nearest seems to be 31.8 mm. Any idea where I can but a 31 mm same as current one
