Seat post clamp

Hi, I am trying to bling my black bike up a little. Can I replace my original seat post clamp that has two Allen bolts, one going each way, with a single bolt clamp.
Would you go for quick release or not. Looking at a Hope one or a cheap ebay one.

1/ Yes

2/ No, unless you fancy riding home without a saddle after some little git has helped himself. Doesn't apply to Q/R wheels as the type who do that sort of thing are mostly too stupid to remove a wheel without severing an artery.

Yup...just make sure you get the correct size. I also wouldn't go quick release...I changed to one on my hybrid a few years ago then realised that once I got the correct level I never needed to change it anyway so was a waste of time (and as smokin mentioned...easier to nick)
