Seat Post stuck (carbon in ally frame)

The problem is in the title.

Bike is maybe 5 years old... frequently lent until about a year ago, so clamp often loosened and seat reaised or lowered.

Not touched for the past year. It's a Campagnolo carbon seat post in an italian aluminium frame... and it is a totat sod to move.

I'm lowering it for my youngest to graduate onto a 52cm frame... I've never seen one stuck like this before (apart from metal on metal when they corrode).

I don't want to get heavy with the carbon or the aluminium... I've moved it enough for junior to ride the bike, but it hardly rotates and is a complete sod to wrench up or down.

Is this normal? How do I address it in a way that doesn't threaten the slightly soppy materials the bits are made of?

Itching to get back on my bike's
will it come all the way out ?

if so remove and replace it with an alloy one that is well lubed before fitment

Man or Moose!
Grab the bike by the saddle, pick it up and shake it up and down while twisting side to side!
