I would say that’s a bit of a mission impossible. Those plastic seats would be moulded by a specialist machine at the factory. Your best bet would to buy a Wisp with a saddle in good condition. Use the saddle and replace it and sell it. There’s a very nice one on the EvilBay at the moment for forty notes with just a few hours to go.
