Posted here to get general opinions.
I think the cyclist is an idiot and will start off with that.
I would never come think to undertake this car considering there is a junction and the road design looks off. I'm not local and can see that, *presumable* the cyclist uses this section of road a lot
I personally wouldn't expect an indicator. It looks very much like the left lane is for the junction run off to go left. As round the corner it does not look like it can support duel lanes. It looks like a forward run off. An indicator would help for clarity. Although once the cyclist started the undertake it leaves only a little blinker for him to see, I doubt he would notice its that insignificant.
Naturally this is a red flag for me and one reason out of many not to undertake.
I don't understand to concept of the undertake either, if anything it places you in a terrible position to either go over the bumper or me pushed to the kerb and stuck behind the parked cars.
I argue the its lucky the driver was competent enough to check for him. Maybe i'm wrong. Naturally the op thinks hes right.
Maybe i'm wrong myself however what do you guys think?
