I'm looking for a hand sprayer to assist me with cleaning my bikes. I am looking at one of the hand pump jobbys and not a jetwash, like the sort in B&Q they advertise for insecticide spraying.
Yeah Hozelock stuff is generally good. Also bear in mind that the more airspace you have in the bottle the more pumping it needs to get up to a good pressure but the longer it will last without needing to pump again. For this reason you might want to get a large one and only fill it with as much liquid as you need.
I use one of the little garden pressure sprayers (2 litre maybe?). I didn't like the long rigid pole on the insecticide-style ones as it kept getting in the way.
I to use a cheap garden sprayer to keep the bike clean. It's does a brilliant job at blasting the crud away. I find most effective to do straight after a bike ride when all the muck is still wet.It just washes away better.
