In black coffee, you only taste the coffee - simples!

You wouldn't have cream in tea so why have full cream milk?

Black Ceylon tea, no builders tea, milks for babies and is too rich for adults.
Green tea has some great endurance properties too.

Full fat milk in tea is truly foul. I'd have skimmed for preference, but there would be a mutiny, so semi-skimmed is the compromise.

In coffee, I'd have double cream every time if I ever had any in the fridge :biggrin:
 
To answer your question my best guess is they sell it. I imagine cream is worth more than the skimmed milk, as it can be used in chocolate etc.

Begs the question though, why isn't skimmed milk cheaper?
