Taking the biscuit
Builder's tea every time with full fat milk, for me.

Semi skimmed milk makes Builder's tea look green.
If I wanted green tea I'd make Green tea.:sad:

Prefer a squeeze of lemon juice in tea. Especially in Darjeeling or Sikkim.

A dash of single cream in coffee - in practice Elmlea because it keeps well, but is mainly vegetable oil based.

If I do use milk, for example on ceerals, then it has to be full milk. We tried semi skimmed some years ago and I started to to get arthritic pains in my fingers. The vitamins A & D dissolve in fat, so skimming the milk removes these. Going back to full milk resolved the problem.
