Shape of rim for Campag Ultra Bullet Cult 50 wheel

Anyone has this wheel?

I wish to know is the profile the old fashion V-shape or Toroidal, or somewhere in between?

I wrote to Campagnolo with a reminder and no reply till date. One mth passed. Really suck service.

Which address did you mail at Campagnolo?

Anything that they get inbound from the Tech Help address on the website usually comes to us as the main technical centre for the UK but we don't have any incomings not replied to, to date, and none with your question.

The answer is, it's a normal v-section rim, with no toroidal cut outs, as you can see from the images in their catalogue / online. All the rims with toriodal cut-outs are likewise so described in the catalogue.

Just to let you know it has been 6 days since I wrote to Campag. Till date no reply. This the 3rd time they have ignored me. Or are you saying all enquiries will ultimately come to you and for that reason since you have already replied me in this forum, hence my email was ignored.

If you still have not received my email enquiries, than I think something is seriously wrong with this co.
