what made ya decide to do it, and why just the conkerpouch?
Because that's what the vasectomy pre-op instructions said. It certainly isn't for fun!

Happily the instructions also specify wearing very tight pants afterwards, so I've finally found a use for my infamous red rubber fetish shorts.

i can only think that a more long lasting method is needed. maybe waxing  or those immac/veet things. anybody tried these methods?

I used to shave until I saw my wifes bottle of veet in the cupboard, it is far easier, safer and a better finished job.

Apologies for dragging the thread a little OT, but a reminder here not to ignore any lumps on ones nadgers.

Good reminder. Blokes should learn to examine their family jewels regularly for lumps & bumps that shouldn't be there, just as we ladies learn to examine our chesticles for suspect lumps & bumps.

Probably healthy, too.

I doubt it. If pubic hair was inherently unhealthy, it would have evolved away.

exactly. we've quite happily survived for thousands of years with it. it's only in the last ten years or so that's there's been a 'fashion' and not a necessity for some men to do the business. it has nothing to do with hygiene.

I am a little baffled by those who say 'I don't go for the pre-pubescent look myself' - presumably those same people like their women with armpits and leg hair au naturel....It's a case of different strokes for different folks, but the hairy crowd always trot out the schoolgirl/schoolboy thing as though we are closet paedophiles.

As Chuffy has said, it's been women who have said that on this thread and I'm also one who would say I don't go for the pre-pubescent look myself. All I mean by that is that pubic hair = you've gone through puberty. Pubic hair growth is a secondary sexual characteristic and from my perspective someone looks de-sexualised once hair starts disappearing. I don't find it baffling that other people might go for that though.

Doesn't necessarily mean I'm only attracted to Captain Caveman types, trimming os one thing, but stubbly nads are not appealing.

I certainly don't think anyone is implying anything more sinister than that on this thread...particularly when before this I wasn't even aware there was a "hairy crowd"...
