thanks but I only need the shifters and rear mech ,chainreaction had both new in 5700 for about . £130 - 10% for BC membership,less than £120

okay, 5600 and 5700 are not 100% compatible - it makes sense for someone to buy the whole lot, or for someone who already has 5600 and needs some spares
