I have the RT80's which looks exactly the same style but a different colour. I find them fine for summer but as they have a mesh on the toe area it's cold for winter, nothing that overshoes don't fix. The best part about the shoe is the ratchet tightener as Velcro will get less effective after a while.

+1 I too have the RT80.
Plenty stiff enough to get the power down, but you can still walk without doing the road shoe shuffle.
Nice shoe for summer, bit cold on a wet winter commute though - but they're the only shoes I own ATM.
