here is a link to the standard Shimano service and setup guide for all components for Road and MTB bikes. Covers everything from 7 speed up to 10 speed.
Select your bike type then select the model ie Dura Ace then from the list of components there are links to PDF guides beneath each component.
The left link is for exploded parts diagram the right link are the setting up guides.
These guides are extremely useful . Perhaps a mod might consider making it a sticky ?
