Shimano ULTEGRA ST-R8000 Shifter

looking to try and source a left hand shimano ultegra ST-R8000 shifter.

mine has developed a problem after getting gear cables changed as part of a service. Does anyone have a left side one available?

What is the issue with the shifter? Could it be that the cable tension is not set correct after the new cables where fitted?

Apparently a part inside a sealed unit in the shifter has failed, it only happened when the work was being done.
