Last night I saw two beat coppers that made the fella on that bike look like Twiggy. I assume they where commuinty police as there wa no way in hell they could catch anyone.

The fella on the bike, fair play to him for keeping active.. however he has a bad diet more than over eating, I'd say he's a fan of the junk food burgers as it's unusal for men to get a j'arse (huge arse) as most guys it's the old belly with beer n bread etc.

Have you got the guys permission to do this?

Legally, you don't need his permission. In theory, everyone in this thread could have seen him in the public space he was cycling in and commented on his weight/effort/etc. As the photo was taken in a public place you don't need permission.
