Bought a pair of bont shoes today, they are now in the oven being heated.

I hope to god i am not setting fire to them.

They'll be OK if they were made to last.....

I nearly bought some the other week but went for the northwave sonic s3 instead

Way to scared to put a pair of £100 shoes in the oven

Got the £125 ones, and so far they have set ok i think. They seem to fit my flipper feet (ive tried northwave and although i can live with them they are still to narrow for me)

Where are all the wives today, is there a conference or something?

Can I do this to my 2nd hand (though virtually unworn) Bontrager race roads? Wish I'd seen this thread earlier, my wife's on her way home...

Edit: I see it's BONT, not Bontrager. Prolly not then. Ignore me.

I didn't get them due to thinking that if you got it wrong you've ruined the shoes but after talking to a friend who's got some he told me you can simply put them back in the oven and re-do them
