Ok it's getting to the time of year when I can puts some longer rides in, I've got a couple of pairs of good shoes I alternate, mid range spesh and high end Bonty's, but could do with something a bit stiffer in the sole I think.
Do I go for some thing new, shiny and good stiff carbon or are there in inserts or football beds I can get, the shoes I have fit fine, adjust ok it's just after a good few hours I could do with something harder,...... I do like the Sidi and new Mavic range though..
