I don't think you will find it a being a cleat problem. Its more to do with your blood circulation and probably caused by the shoe being too tight, the insole or your foot swelling slightly when it gets warm. Try loosing the straps for a starter. To prevent myself over tightening my shoes, I always unfasten all straps before putting my foot in the shoe just in case my foot is more swollen than the last time I wore them and also pull my toes back which causes your foot to arch slightly and then tighten the straps which allows just a bit of space to allow for your foot swelling and also a bit of room to wiggle your toes. Another thing to try is wiggle your foot and toes about every now and then, Also a different type of sock with more padding on the sole may help, or you may have to try a different insole. Providing your shoes are the correct size, the pins and needles will go away eventually as your feet get used to the shoes.
