I can not give you a specific product, but try googling for "stubby stem" (short reach) or "zero stem" (handlebar clamp is *above* headset, ie 0cm reach). Usually targeted at downhill MTB, or BMX.

Ah. BBB used to do a good entry level one. And don't fret about it being an inch one, an inchandeighth can be shimmed down to fit.
