It'll be a wet start to the day, with the rain easing early afternoon. Returning mid evening.
Winds will remain light.
 
If your cycling skills are up to it take the umbrella. But I'd struggle with one offroad on an mtb.

From my limited experience, BBC weather is very very pessimistic when it comes to rain. That said, the time when you don't take waterproof gear is the time when BBC weather gets it spot on.
