Think I'll show this to the BH and say "look I don't have as much stuff as this!"^_^

I think he has a 'problem' - a good problem. I've only got one spare set of pedals, some Look PP196. I have a few spare chainrings and maybe two spare cassettes. Plenty of cables and a few brake pads of various sorts. Basically two spares boxes and a tool tray with some spares in.

That's about half of what I have, maybe a third  . I keep other 'emergency' items packed into the workshop.

I'll take that as a compliment

Since Shimano appear to have moved on from 11 speed components I've taken a decision to source and store spares - particularly Shimano Dura-Ace 9000/9001/9100 plus 10 speed Dura-Ace 7900. Values have risen quite sharply over the past year so I'm in profit should I choose to sell.

Basically I source products cheaply and store them, selling on when I don't perceive a future need. However, some do prove useful, as when I helped someone out at the weekend who needed a specific small-wheel inner tube and I had spares.

On eBay this evening will go 4 x Conti GP5000 ST R tyres as I've enough spares, 2 x Conti Competition 22mm tubs as we're not TT-ing much, 2 x TRP rear aero brakes as we sold that TT bike and 4 x Jantex 76 tub tape for aluminium because I can't remember why I bought a box-full.
