Ah, the famous https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hovenring - the original roundabout is replaced by a traffic light crossroads for motorists in order to improve their throughput, so bikes have to climb a bridge... but at least it's a pretty cool one!

Another one currently under construction.
So there's a need for a bike bridge over the river to make everyone's life a bit easier, but there's a school building in the way.
No problem - bike path goes over the roof of the school.
