...and just to make sure, I wear Aldi LED reflectors on my ankles.
Not all lights on at once - some are spares.
Rural commute - 8 miles unlit lanes.
Eye-Burner carefully positioned to point left and down. This illuminates the hedges at the side of the road creating a huge visual signature without being dazzling to other road users.

two lights front and back for me. Rural commute for part of the 30 mile round trip. I do use helmet lights as well but that is not always on. Seems more than adequate, in fact I don`t think it makes a blind bit of difference how many lights you rock, still get close passes. The biggest difference is flash mode in traffic, I feel like I`m Moses when I stick the Cree XMLs into flash mode in traffic, it like the parting of the red sea
