No, I wasnt. Won't be enough to tempt me to visit.

I keep looking at the 725 framed CGRs. With a mechanical 105 drivetrain, Kysriums, 520s and a few bangles its only £1650. Oh so tempting.

Meanwhile, I've a bad back so have fitted a shock post and shock stem to the current Ribble. Not normally something Id bother with but it is helping my back on a ride. The extra kilo is offset by the 4 stones I've lost since I bought the bike.

Ribble 653 from the 90's. Late 80's Shimano 600 SIS running 8 speed (new down tube shifters). Had a refurb a few years back (rattle cans). Started out pearl white with green accents, but now Nissan Pearl White. Took a lot of paint, mainly white primer as the 'pearl' is translucent. All parts were given a really deep clean and re-assemble. Runs on a UN71 'almost-unobtanium' BB

That picture is just before going up Mam Nick. 39x26 is as low as it goes ! Running on Ksyrium Equipe wheels
