Last well, car is parked on it every night. Only takes less than an hour to paint so it is certainly not a problem, I just get out of bed an hour earlier and get it done so that I can have the doors open to let it dry during the day.

Isn't that what those nice chaps at the LBS are for ?

My bikes are kept in the shed, cleaned in the garden or if it raining in the kitchen and have each made an apperance in the bath. Thankfully i have no one to upset so if i have to cook supper around a bike frame it's down to me.

Why do you paint it twice a year? Is it just more for appearance than because it is flaking/pealing?

It may take you only an hour with a nice clean garage - I have loads of things in my garage, it would take me more than an hour just to shift the contents out to paint the flooring!

I don't have a problem keeping things tidy, the problem is the fact I have loads of stuff!!!

I already have a filing cabinet, and set of drawers for other storage....and a shelf under my workbench!

Tell me about it, I could show a picture of my 8x12 shed but that would just confuse people. The garage is my workshop the shed a storeroom.

I somehow manage to muddle through in here. Hot and cold water, compressed air ring main, wall heater and stereo.

Room also for the Seven and winter tyres for the two tin tops.

I think it's worth revisiting this thread just to show you all this beauty. Picked up the keys yesterday. Needs a bit of work...

My favourite feature is the Pit of Doom, obviously put there to catch errant toddlers.

Oh well, everybody needs a project.

Nice ! I once found a snake at the bottom of one of those pits . i screamed like a girl
