Make sure there is a place for them, eg. one of those wire shelf thingies.
Then next time you fall over them, collect them all in a plastic bag and hide it in the airing cupboard.
Repeat until they get the idea.

Alternatively, start using the most expensive ones that are left lying around. Might mean they don't get left around.

Pick the very dearest one and wash the dog with it.

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
I prefer to bathe. Never will understand the attraction of showers - nothing like a good long soak. However, after recent surgery couldn't get in a bath for almost 3 months and had to get used to showering and those bottles were blxxdy annoying - and I couldn't bend to pick them up. Solved the problem when I bought a wire basket thingy with suckers that stuck onto the tiles from IKEA. Back in the bath now - heaven (and it does help to have 3 bathrooms^_^)

I have my one standard shower gel (my no. 0 doesn't require shampoo or conditioner) and the misses (who has a full head of hair) has nine bottles of lotion, creams, conditioners, soaps, gels and so on. And she always manages to soak the shower mat which is behind the glass door.

Don't start me on wet bath mat's

Tried this years ago when clothing was just left anywhere, guess what they didn't even notice

I shower at work and have to clean hairs & plastic gel/shampoo stuff out every time. Worse, the sub-structure supporting the under tray keeps collapsing rendering the shower "out of order" for 4-6 weeks each time it happens. It happens because the doors don't close properly, the water leaks out and then rests against the wood panel below, slowly working it's way in. I work in the public service and every time the maintenance guys repair it I explain the problem and every time they just repair the damage, the problem (the doors) is not on their work sheet.

In between here and there
I get up an hour earlier than I have to so I avoid the 4 females in my house needing the bathroom/toilet/shower all at the same time. I used to wonder what the benefit was on-suite or dual bathrooms etc. I have really bad allergy type reaction to fragrances its bad enough in normal circumstance let alone trying to navigate the bathroom after 4 of them have been at it, despite my protests against it. Don't start me on LUSH products animal friendly maybe but not human friendly!!
