Sick on the bike

I've always wanted to emulate Mark Cavendish, and today I emulated his Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne performance by vomiting off the side of my bike.

I woke up feeling ill, but had some important stuff to do in work, so rode in. Then things took a turn for the worse, so I rode home - cue splashdown.

Almost done the same in the past, not feeling well but still rode in.
Had to stop for a few minutes to let the "I'm about to vomit" sensation to go away then continued the ride at a reduced pace.
