Sidi shoes use a replacement heel pad and the bolt head gets chewed up if walking is required. Anyone know the size/pitch of the bolt? Pads are often still ok, just the cross point head gets worn

A couple of times mine was so chewed up I could not get a screw driver to work. So I cut threw the heel pad and removed it then removed the screw with mole grips.
Lake shoes have the screw accessed under the insole for their heel pad, a much better idea.
The heel pads last longer than the screws but tbf aren't meant for long walks. I have MTB for that. Just thought a couple of screws seemed a better idea.
