Sigma - excellent cuctomer service

A while ago I contacted Sigma about some problems with my Onyx HRM, it was also second hand, I didn't expect them to do much. Anyhow they suggested I sent it back and they would repair it free of charge even though I had no recepit etc.

Wel today I received via DHL a replacement brand new HRM, chest strap and bike mount! Customer service at its best!
