On Sunday 22 May over 2,000 cyclists will take part in The Stroke Association's amazing Thames Bridges Bike Ride! Will you be one of them? To make sure you are, register at www.stroke.org.uk/thamesbridges!

THE CHALLENGE...

Starting at Southwark Park, this amazing route travels through the historic city of London and along the picturesque tow-paths of the River Thames.

Cyclists enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Battersea and Richmond Parks en route before ending on a high note in Hurst Park near Hampton Court. This is city cycling at its best!

There are three pit stops along the route where participants can obtain free water. At Pit Stop two, each participant will be provided with a snack to keep the energy levels up courtesy of our 'Pit Stop Two' sponsor, London Remembers.

Whether you ride with friends, family, a group from the office or on your own, The Thames Bridges Bike Ride is a great day out for a great cause - raising money to help the 250,000 people in the UK living with disabilities caused by stroke.

AFTER THE HARD WORK...

Relax and celebrate! All participants are invited to stay on at Hurst Park with their family and friends and enjoy the afternoon's entertainment.

AND FOR YOU...

Each participant receives an entry pack, containing a t-shirt, detailed route map and the all important sponsorship form. In addition, all those who successfully cross the finish line receive a medal to mark their fantastic cycling achievement.

Register now!

Your entry fee will only cover the cost of running the event, it is the sponsorship money you raise that goes towards The Stroke Association's vital work. We ask all adult participants to commit to raise £70 and £15 per child rider.

Your entry pack contains lots of handy hints on increasing your sponsorship, and the events team are always on hand to get you to, and hopefully beyond, your target!
