I'm always baffled by the inability of many English folk to correctly pronounce words where the first word ends in a vowel and the second word begins with one.
For example: vanilla ice becomes vanilla rice (or is it vanillar ice?); law and order becomes Laura Norder; Rebecca Adlington changes to Rebecca Radlington.
Is it more prevalent in certain regions?
