sip - a dry throat makes breathing more difficult for me with my asthma... (had to think hard on how to phrase that after the previous entry - lubricate did not quite seem the right word!)

Have a good sip every 5 miles and eat something every 10 miles find that works for me

If you live South of Watford it's pretty easy to have a sip at every traffic lights.
