Sites for builders to pitch for your project?

I've heard of websites where you post up details of a project you want done and builders can respond to express an interest, provide details of their creds and the like. A bit of googling reveals a number of such sites - findatrade, mybuilder and so on - some local, some national. Has anyone used any of these sites and/or can recommend any?
