Until about two weeks ago, I may have been one of the few people on this planet who had not seen, and had not talked to anyone about the film "Sixth Sense".

I had read that there were supposed to be lots of twists to the plot. When I watched it, I noticed strange behaviour from some of the characters and put two and two together and guessed the twist fairly early on. For instance, what Col's mother did as she left Col in the flat when the lead character arrived. At the hospital when Col's mother was being interviewed.

What did others make of this film?

Notice that in the above comments I have tried not to give away the plot, so that if you have not seen the film, I do not give away the plot. If you read further on, you may be told the twist - you have been warned.

I had the film spoiled before i watched it(bloody Peter Kaye on the radio) and it totally changes the way you see the film.
Still enjoyed it but would have been so much better without the spoiler.

Any more 11 year old films you're just getting round to watching Speicher? just in case I give any plots away

Very good film, relies heavily on the twist, so if you know it, it's spoilt but I watched it by chance, knowing nothing about it, so i was greatly impressed with the twist in the end.

I still dont get that film. Is the idea that everyone that the boy sees is a figment of his imagination, i.e. his mum, the pscotherapist/Bruce Willis/ etc, etc?

I guessed the twist because people were acting very strangely. Then twigged why they were acting strangley. I put up this thread, but observation is not only noticing what is there, but when something is missing.
