Just to add ... A few years ago in the sky camp.They were just about to let froome go
They just did nt know what do with him or how to train him to his full potential....
sky changed some of there back room staff .... then they started to changed his training program
He has got to be one of the best riders I have seen in 20 years (just my opinion)

All round nice guy ... committed,strong,smooth as silk on a bike.
