Nope. I used to do it to the noisy teenagers that I used to take on residentials. It gave me great pleasure to watch them struggle to cope with the first seven o'clock of the day.

Took out my frustration on the bike so not all bad news - got to work 8 minutes earlier than usual! I think that's a good thing????
