hi i am planning two trips this year on my bike and want some advice. i go to islay at end of may and holland/germany in august september. i want to camp on both trips to keep cost down and need to get a new sleeping bag . do i either buy 2 season bag and use bivi bag and fleece liner for islay and if it will make a differance i can add bivi bag also. or do i buy good quality 3/4 season bag which might be to warm in europe trip. i want a bag that is light and compact to fit in my panniers. especially for 3 week trip in summer where i will have to carry a lot more. i have reasonable quality thermarest mat for sleeping on.
